Samdhana conducted the Work shop for Finance and Administration staff on 26-27 February 2015, at Sanur, Bali.

Participants are finance and administration staff from Bogor (Indonesia) and Cagayan de Ora (Philippine) offices. The workshop aimed to gain understanding and share the tasks for staff based in both offices. Other aim was to review Samdhana existing policy and procedure. We believe that the workshop has improved staff networking and knowledge, which in turn will improve their way to operate Samdhana policy and procedures.

In the near future, we expect to produce Samdhana consolidated (Indonesian and Philippine offices) financial report. This will be valuable, since this report is not available yet.

Considering the advantages, we hope that the workshop will be held annually to promote understanding and knowledge sharing among staff in both offices.
