Dinny is a passionate advocate for social change who joined the Samdhana Institute. She has brought energy, insight, and deep commitment to her roles on both the Finance and Endowment Committees. Her pragmatic leadership, coupled with her generosity of spirit, has made her an invaluable contributor. She is known for her approachable style, eagerness to learn, and willingness to share knowledge that uplifts others.

Before her time with Samdhana, Dinny built a distinguished career in Indonesia’s nonprofit sector, co-founding several initiatives centered on women’s empowerment. Among these are Suara Ibu Peduli, which provides education and micro-finance to urban poor women, and Torajamelo, an ethical fashion enterprise celebrating her Torajan roots. Her service as Secretary General of Komnas Perempuan underscores her enduring dedication to gender justice and community well-being. Outside of her professional life, Dinny is a mother of two, enjoys snorkeling, hiking, and reading, and is currently exploring vegan cooking.
