Samdhana Institute is calling for FINAL EVALUATION CONSULTANCY Expanding Community Rights, Livelihoods Innovation, and REDD+ in Indonesia (PERMATA Project)

Objective & scope of work

The main objective of this consultancy is to evaluate the implementation of PERMATA Project since the implementation date. In particular, the consultancy will review the project’s effectiveness and impact, ensure accountability, facilitate learning for and provide recommendations for future initiatives, including highlighting issues and challenges which have affected the achievement of project outcomes,.

The final evaluation is expected to present a clear and comprehensive overview of all activities implemented under the Project. It will assess progress by comparing planned outcomes and outputs with actual achievements, highlighting key results and lessons learned. The evaluation will also examine how effectively the Project adapted its strategies in response to evolving governance contexts, including the establishment of new Papua Provinces and transitions in local government leadership (e.g., newly elected governors and regents), to ensure continued relevance and impact.
