Four Lhoks attend Apprenticeship on Organic Farming

Nine community members from four Lhoks (Kuala Kiran, Lhong, Lengah and Lampana) in Aceh attended the apprenticeship program on organic farming organized by Bilal, Samdhana’s facilitator in Aceh. Bilal expressed that the objective of the apprenticeship is to give knowledge to the communities on the concept of organic farming and to boost the spirit of the communities to actually implement it in their respective villages. The apprenticeship was held in PPLG, East Java, on May 21-26, 2008.
