Samdhana is facilitating the 'Organizational Development Workshop' for IUCN NL EGP partners in the Philippines, Papua New Guinea and Malaysia to be held in Cordillera on August 9-13, 2010.

The specific objectives of the workshop are:

a.  To introduce an OD Framework that is appropriate for social change organizations;
b.  To enhance understanding of learning organizations that effectively adapts in a continually changing and complex environment;  and
c.  To nurture learning leaders that are able to act within complex systems and become effective agents of meaningful transformation in peoples, organizations and society at large.
