Samdhana volunteer facilitator, Ferdinand Cruz bridged Bureau of Fisheries with local indigenous upland dwellers through Samdhana partners organizations within the Ecosystems Grants Program. In its initial launch, Philippine President GMA graced the occasion of "Fish for Upland Dwellers" in Balingasag Mis Oriental.
